This 30-minute member-led webinar series shines a spotlight on the expertise, experience and innovation within our cluster community.
Each session features a cluster member sharing practical insights from a live project, a recent challenge, a research initiative or a real-world implementation. The focus is on learning from lived experience — what worked, what didn’t, key lessons, and tangible takeaways that others can apply.

Join us for an exclusive Connected Health & Wellbeing Cluster Member Success Session featuring Neil Dunwoody, Founder and CEO of SPRYT.
In this 30-minute members-only webinar, Neil will share SPRYT’s experience participating in two prestigious international programmes: the Mayo Clinic Platform Accelerate programme and Google’s Growth Academy: AI for Health.
SPRYT is developing Asa, an AI-powered receptionist that helps patients book, change and manage appointments through natural, multilingual conversations via WhatsApp and text messaging. Through its collaboration with Mayo Clinic Platform, SPRYT is working alongside Mayo Clinic experts and fellow healthcare innovators to further validate its AI models for no-show prediction and care journey orchestration, helping healthcare providers close the gap between scheduled and delivered care.
Neil will discuss how participation in both the Mayo Clinic Platform Accelerate programme and Google’s Growth Academy: AI for Health has supported SPRYT’s growth, product development, international connections and strategic direction. He will share practical insights, lessons learned and advice for healthtech companies seeking to scale, innovate and access global opportunities.
